Atoms For Peace is Thom Yorke’s supergroup. Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nigel Godrich, longtime Radiohead producer, Joey Waronker (Beck, R.E.M.) on drums, and Mauro Refosco, a Brazilian percussionist, made up the rest of the group.

They played a few shows at the beginning of the year, and below is a gig from the Fox Theatre in Oakland, California, recorded in May. Support on the night came from Flying Lotus, whose album featured vocals from, yes that’s right, Mr Thom Yorke.

It features a cover of a Beatles track, some Thom Yorke solo stuff, and ends with a Joy Division track. Enjoy the set, via Some Kind Of Awesome.
