This gig was only announced last week. Short turnaround to let all of Cork know they should come out and see two of the best rock bands in Ireland play together on the one stage. The mighty Enemies are headlining Cyprus Avenue on Sunday, February 24, and we can expect to hear ‘Indian Summer’, their newest track to be a highlight of the set. Their second album should be out later in the year. Croupier, meanwhile, fresh from releasing a new video, which you can watch below, are are also playing another couple of dates around Ireland, including Whelan’s in Dublin on February 23. They play Galway’s Roisin Dub on February 28 and Belfast’s Radar at Bar Sub on March 2. Tickets for the Cyprus Avenue gig cost €8, and can be picked up at the Old Oak or on the door.
